1. dust before painting should be surface rust, remnants, grease, dust and other dirt cleaned up. For derusting and rust levels should be consistent with the provisions of GB-8923, when the injection or shot blasting is used, its rust grade not lower than Sa2; when you use a hand brush or power tool cleaning, rust grade not lower than St2.
2. the machine factory of filter, two road surfaces are primed, painted two; split shipment field installations of large dust collector last surface paint on site.
3. film of dust collector should be uniform, the same color, no crisp, flake, crack, roll and brush marks and other defects, the thickness shall not be less than 50 µ m. Paint film adhesion is required by JB/T53134.
